Plain-English summary

You pay us, we deliver a tailored audit report. The report is advisory: it’s based on the information you give us and standard industry practice. It’s not professional accounting, legal, or compliance advice. If you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days.

What you get

Tier 1 — AI Stack Blueprint ($49). A tailored PDF audit identifying where AI can help your business, prioritized by impact, with tool recommendations and risks to watch.
Tier 2 — Implementation Playbook ($149). Everything in Tier 1, plus a step-by-step rollout plan, tool setup guides, prompts/templates/SOPs, success metrics, and a 90-day async check-in.
Tier 1 → Tier 2 Upgrade ($100). For existing Tier 1 buyers who want to add the Implementation Playbook. Built around your original Blueprint.

Reports are delivered as PDFs by email, typically within 24 hours of a completed intake.

Your responsibilities

Provide honest, complete answers in the intake form. The quality of your report depends on the quality of your input.
Use the report and any recommendations at your own discretion. You’re responsible for any tools you adopt, contracts you sign, or changes you make to your business.
Don’t share your delivered report publicly or resell it.

What we don’t promise

WorkAudit is an advisory product. The report:

Is based on the information you provide and general industry practice.
Does not constitute professional legal, accounting, tax, financial, or compliance advice.
Includes estimated time savings, costs, and ROI ranges. These are illustrative. Actual results depend on your team, market, and execution.
Is not a guarantee of any specific business outcome.

We recommend reviewing material decisions with a qualified professional in the relevant field before acting.

Refunds

If you’re unhappy with your delivered report, email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original card.

The Tier 1 → Tier 2 upgrade is also covered by the 14-day refund.

AI use

We use commercial AI APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic-class providers) to help generate parts of your report. Your business data is sent to these providers under their API terms with training opt-out: it is not used to train AI models. A human reviews and finalizes the report before delivery.

Affiliate disclosure

Some tools we recommend in your report may have affiliate or referral programs. If we have an affiliate relationship with a tool we recommend, we will disclose that in the report itself. We don’t recommend tools just because they pay us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (lost profits, lost opportunities, etc.).

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms over time. The version you agreed to when you bought is the version that applies to your purchase. Going-forward changes will be posted here with an updated date.
